It was the weekend of carving the 2008 jack-o-lantern for Chris and I. We finally broke down and bought one of those little kits with the knives in it. It was actually much more helpful than I thought it would be. We’re no carving experts but I think this is a step in the right direction!
That looks terrific! I have yet to create a jack-o-lantern that was worth a darn!! I still need to find some time to get that done this week – UGH, I’m running out of time!

Oh, and I would be happy to make more costumes, but dang, that fabric is EXPENSIVE! LOL! Just those two cost us over $60 to make. Next time, I’m finding that stuff on sale!!
